In 1997 Dynamic Development started as a boutique consultancy in South Africa and grew over 12 years into a global organization with most transformation and leadership development work conducted in Europe for blue chip global clients.
During this time and since then, many partnerships have been created, many countries have had unique challenges, many problems have been solved, many people developed and many customers have recommended us and kept in touch.
Many relationships have stood the test of time. Many people's paths have crossed more than once and this story of human connections is reflected in our new logo and name: Crowd Consulting.
The logo also symbolizes the new networks we have formed, new knowledge gained and new approaches to work that have emerged, including crowd consulting.
